Shipping Policy

Items are shipped USPS 1-3 Day Priority Mail (unless customer chooses otherwise at checkout).

Orders placed before 5 p.m. are processed the same day. Orders placed after 5 p.m. will be processed the following day. Orders processed on weekends will be shipped the next business day.

At the moment, orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only.

***It is your responsibility to make sure you are entering the shipping address correctly. Please double check your addresses to make sure they are correct. Especially if you are sending the as a gift. Unfortunately, I cannot be held responsible if you enter a wrong shipping address. I have no way of knowing if the shipping address is correct or incorrect. If an item cannot be delivered and is returned to me, it is your responsibility to pay for the item to be reshipped. If you happen to catch that the shipping address is wrong BEFORE the item ships, please send me a message and I will be more than happy to enter the correct shipping address for you. Thank you for understanding!***

Items are packaged with the highest level of care. While our goal is to have zero damaged shipments, breakage does happen time to time due to shipping. In the event that 1 or more of your items break, your package has shipping insurance!!!! Please take a picture of the broken item inside the packaging and box along with the shipping label. Send your pictures and which of your items were damaged and a replacement will be sent out within 3 business days or sooner.
